Ingredients;
Salt
Onions
Tomatoes
Cooking Oil
Kitchenware needed;
A cooking pan/pot
Cooking spoon / Stick
Stove / Hob
The process;
Step 1:
Prepare your ingredients. Cut your spinach into small chunks, chop your onions and tomatoes, and set them aside.
Step 2:
Put on the Stove or hob and set your cooking pot/pan ready for frying.
Step 3:
In a cooking pot/pan, put onions and cooking oil. Fry the onions until golden brown.
Step 4:
When the onions are ready, add your chopped tomatoes and keep stirring until they are well cooked. Add salt to taste and keep stirring.
Step 5:
Add your spinach and cook for about 5 minutes. Mix the spinach and tomatoes well to have everything incorporated.
Step 6:
Serve while hot with your favorite starch.
